Terms of Service

Effective date: July 17, 2026

These terms are a plain-English agreement between you and Vivander Advisors LLC ("Vivander", "we") for MyTeam — the AI workspace at myteam.vivander.ai. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them.

1. What MyTeam is

MyTeam gives you an AI executive coach, a team of AI agents, and one workspace where your work runs. AI output is a draft and a recommendation — it can be wrong. Review anything important before you act on it or send it. MyTeam is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google using the email address your workspace was created for. Keep your account accurate and don't share access. You're responsible for what happens under your sign-in.

3. Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe. Trials are stated when you start one; when a trial lapses without payment, your workspace moves to the lowest plan rather than being deleted. You can cancel anytime — your plan runs to the end of the paid period. We'll give you reasonable notice before any price change affects you.

4. Acceptable use

Use MyTeam lawfully. Don't use it to harass or harm people, generate illegal content, send spam, or infringe others' rights. Don't probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the service's security or another customer's workspace isolation. Don't resell access to the service or its AI endpoints.

5. Your content and data

Your workspace data belongs to you. You give us only the limited license we need to operate the service (store it, process it, send it to the AI providers that answer your requests). Each workspace lives in its own isolated database. You can export everything and permanently delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI usage

Depending on your setup, AI requests run on capacity we provide ("managed") or on an API key you supply. If you use your own key, that provider's terms and charges are between you and them, and you're responsible for keeping the key funded. We don't use your workspace content to train models.

7. Availability and changes

MyTeam is under active development. Features will evolve, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We'll be honest in-product about what's on, off, or coming.

8. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Vivander's total liability for any claims relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI output.

9. Suspension and ending the agreement

You can stop using MyTeam and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms; where reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

11. Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll email the address on your account before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.
