Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MyTeam (by Vivander Advisors LLC) stores about you, where it lives, and the rights you have over it — in plain English.
What we collect
- Account basics — your name, email address, and Google profile picture, from Google sign-in.
- Workspace content you create — notes, ideas, engagements, decisions, time entries, chats with your AI team and coach, and anything else you put into your workspace.
- Connected-service data you authorize — if you connect Google, we read your Calendar, Gmail, and Drive only to power the features you use (meeting prep, pending-email surfacing, file context). We never send email or change your calendar without your approval in the product.
- Billing — handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Minimal usage data — which pages get used, so we can improve the product. No advertising trackers.
Where your data lives
Each workspace has its own isolated database — your data is never mixed with another customer's. Servers are hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Backups exist to protect you against loss.
Who processes it (subprocessors)
We use a small set of services to run MyTeam: Hetzner (hosting), Google (sign-in and the Google connections you authorize), Stripe (billing), AgentMail (product email), and AI model providers (such as OpenRouter, Anthropic, Novita, and Moonshot) that receive the content of a request only so your AI team can answer it.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never let one customer see another's workspace.
- We never use your workspace content to train AI models.
Retention
We keep your workspace data while your account is active. Delete your workspace and it's gone — see below.
Your rights
- Export everything — Settings → Your data → "Download my data" gives you a complete copy of your workspace as a single file, anytime.
- Delete everything — Settings → Your data → "Delete this workspace" permanently deletes your workspace and its database. This is immediate and irreversible.
- Ask us anything — email support@vivander.ai to ask what we hold, correct something, or exercise any right your local law gives you (including GDPR/CCPA rights).
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes
If this policy materially changes, we'll email the address on your account before the change takes effect.
